    PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

    CONSOLE MEDICAL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (LLC CONSOLE MEDICAL)

    This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing, and using personal data of website users and clients of Console Medical LLC (hereinafter — the Company) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data” and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    • Medical Institution Data: Information regarding licenses, personnel structure, internal processes (within the framework of consulting and audit agreements).

    • Technical Data: IP address, cookies, data on page views on our website.

    3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

    We use your data for:

    • Provision of Services: Legal support for licensing, medical consulting, anti-crisis management.

    • Educational Activities: Registration for courses, calculation of CPD (Continuous Professional Development) points, formation of an employee’s professional portfolio.

    • Mediation and Coaching: Organizing the dispute resolution process and conducting sessions (with strict adherence to professional confidentiality).

    4.1. Medical and Commercial Secrecy: The Company undertakes to keep secret any information regarding the activities of medical institutions-clients obtained during an audit or licensing process.

    4.2. Mediation: Information obtained during the mediation process is strictly confidential and may not be disclosed without the written consent of the parties.

    4.3. We use modern encryption and protection methods to prevent unauthorized access to your data.

    5. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

    The Company does not transfer your data to third parties, except in the following cases:

    • Reporting to specialized state bodies (e.g., the Testing Center of the Ministry of Health to confirm CPD points).

    • Fulfilling legal requirements of law enforcement agencies.
